Availability: June 26, 2025. One large (13.5 ft x 14 ft) fully furnished bedroom (queen size bed, desk, desk chair, dresser, nightstand, lamp) with a walk-in closet. Rent is $1050/month and includes one assigned space in the large, attached two car... garage. This room shares a bathroom with one male second year medical student. The room is located in a beautiful, modern (built in 2019) FURNISHED five bedroom, four bathroom house in the HIGHLY-DESIRABLE Central Park neighborhood. The house is 1.2 miles to the middle of the Anschutz Medical Campus, which is a 4 minute drive, a 9 minute bike ride, or a 29 minute walk.

Plenty of street parking (right in front of the house, and also on the street behind the house)
- The renter would share the nearly 3,000 sq. ft., two-level house with four medical students.
- The upper floor has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. These two bedrooms are being rented by two second-year male medical students.
- The lower floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom comes with an attached private bathroom and is being rented by a female 3rd-year medical student. The other bedroom - which shares a bathroom with the available bedroom - is being rented by a male medical student.
- Utilities are not included in rent, but only run about $60/month per renter. This includes Electric/Gas, Water and High-Speed Internet.
- Preference is for a 12-month lease (June to June), but shorter-term leases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The non-smoking house has:
A fenced-in backyard, deck and patio, furnished with cozy patio furniture, a large gas fire table and a gas BBQ.
A front porch with modern bistro set.
A bright and open living room with a large, wall-mounted smart TV, a gas fireplace, power reclining leather couches and chairs.
A dining room area with a large table and 6 chairs.
A large kitchen with modern appliances (TWO refrigerators so no shortage of space for the renters, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), big kitchen island, plenty of counter space and cabinet/pantry space, barstools, and all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. so no need to bring your own.
A laundry room/mud room with full-sized, modern washer and dryer and a long hanging bar to hang coats/clothes.
A separate bright and open family room on the lower floor with a smart TV and two leather couches.
A weight room with weight equipment and Bowflex machine (full-body workout system), a treadmill and an elliptical machine.
Fast Fiber internet/WiFi (part of the utilities shared amongst the 5 roommates).
Central A/C and heat with a Nest thermostat.
Tankless water heater for unlimited hot water.
