Seeking roommates who are comfortable co-living in a respectful, clean, and friendly home. There is no smoking, partying, or drug use allowed. Day or night it's generally a quiet enviornment to accomodate different schedules and nightly quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
To qualify, you must have steady income at or above 2x the rent price and pass a background check. Previous rental experience is a plus! No couples please.
