Our house is a 5 bedroom 3 bath, 2-story house, on .5 acre with a big back yard, landscaping with privacy fencing, in a lovely neighborhood less than 2 miles south of Anschutz Medical Campus right by Del Mar Park in Aurora (5 min drive to AMC, 20 min to CU Denver, 20 min to RVU). 1000 feet from Del Mar Park with free tennis courts/basketball courts/pool and 1/8th mile from 71 miles of wooded running trails that weave through the entire city. This house is built on love, community, dedication to professional education, and having a TON of fun.

Rent per room/person is $850 FLAT RATE with $25 per month discount if utilize direct ACH deposit to pay rent ($825/month). Annual leases only, no subletting. Flat-rate rent includes EVERYTHING - Heat, Central AC, Water, Trash/recycling, blazing fast dual-band WiFi, Lawn service/landscaping, monthly maid house cleaning service. There are NO extra costs or fees. House has large-capacity washer and dryer.
