This is a newly-renovated ground-floor apartment in a multi-building complex. This listing is for someone to take over a lease from June1-September 21, 2026 (earlier or later move-in negotiable) for me as I am returning home to another state in May.... You and the current roommate will have the option of renewing the lease in September for another year.

I will pay your June rent!

The available room is the smaller (but still quite large) of two in the apartment with a large closet, private half bath (toilet, sink, closet), and shared shower across the hallway from the room. The other roommate (a female PhD student at CU Anschutz) has the larger bedroom with her own half-bath attached to her bedroom. Utility charges are not included in rent (approx. $50-150/month/person). The apartment complex has an outdoor pool, outdoor fitness area, paid laundry facility (other external laundromats nearby and no laundry in the apartment unit), and includes parking for one vehicle in a gated parking lot. The apartment has a wood-burning fireplace, balcony, one shower, two half bathrooms, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen with dishwasher.

The bedroom can be furnished or not. I can leave the bed, desk, chair, and lamps if wanted.

Located near H-Mart, Cherry Creek State Park, Stampede, and Wal-Mart less than a mile away. Bicycle trails nearby.

No animals. No smoking. Females only. Will introduce you to current roommate.
