Looking for ONE roommate to share this furnished 3-bedroom home with one other person. (Easy-going, social male, age 22)

LEASE LENGTH: 6 months minimum.

Two... living rooms! Provides for a great roommate home layout:

1) The entire back half of the house: Back bedroom (Queen bed, dresser, desk, chair) + Living Room Area 1 (see map) Includes leather couch, accent chair, rising coffee table, Smart TV, TV console, and dining table. (Removal of decor and some furniture in this space is optional... For example, you can use your own decor... bring in your own table/chairs, desk, etc.)

2) My belongings are in the front half of the house. The front bedroom, office + Living Room Area 2 (Pictured). Smart TV/console, table, couch, accent chair, ottoman.

We share the connecting kitchen and the connecting bathroom.

(This is a roommate situation. The front half of the house and the back half are not closed off from each other. The kitchen and bathroom both open to both sides. See map)

It is only 1 1/2 blocks to the Perry Light Rail Station and close to the Colfax redevelopment & Sloans Lake. Both areas have a ton of great places to eat, hang out, etc.

A garage/ADU is being constructed near the back fence/alley. Once completed, we can park near the back alleyway. The space above the garage will be available for rent upon completion.

There is a fenced-in front yard, a lawn, and a shade tree. The backyard has a back porch, a large paver patio, a grill, patio chairs, and tables.

Neighborhood overview
The property is 1.5 blocks (7 min walk) from the Perry St Light Rail Station. Quick commute to downtown Denver or west to Golden. Short walking distance to all the new shops/restaurants on Colfax and near Sloan's Lake: Alamo Drafthouse, Sloan's Tap & Burger, The Patio, Odell Brewing, Cheeba Hut, Starbucks, Little Man Ice Cream and Cholon... Just to name a few. Also, only steps to all the biking/walking paths.
