Viridian gardens

Great place to live for single people or couples with no kids. Very close to outside shopping area walking distance dining

Its Quite nice

I've been in a couple places now were I have been decent rent for a decent apartment. This place, is well worth the cost and by far surpassed the other apartments that I myself lived in. It has a heated pool to make things better but the apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has a very useful center island and plenty of counter space. The living room has hardwood floors and has a very open feel as is lead out into the relatively small but still pretty decent balcony. Grilling may be a challenge on the balcony and the views are not that great but it gets the job done. The bathrooms are way bigger then I have ever experienced with walk-in closets. To top it all off, all the counters in the apartment are marble covered. Like I said this apartment is well worth the price and definitely worth your time looking into to see if it is a new place for you to want to live. The office by the way, are incredibly nice and have spent time to work with me when I had an issue with my bill, which was unrelated to the building, so we sat down in their office and drank complimentary coffee to discuss what happened. The people are generally very friendly as well as I never had any issues with any of my neighbors and since its pet friendly you can see the active community walking their dogs smiling and waving at each other. Now I never attended these, but the apartments have a really cool get together where they have tenants who volunteer to grill, cook, teach, explore, talk, and other interesting activities to help keep the community together which is pretty nice and do not see that often. Take a look for yourself at Viridian apartments and I am sure you will be feeling the same way I do about it.

Not worth the Money

Nice location, brand new complex, but has its downfalls.The buildings are okay, but have no sound dampening at all. They do not tell you upfront you have to pay for the complex electricity on top of your own. There is always shady people around, and loud music blasting from cars. Residents also feel the need to blast their music from their units especially when they are poolside. The breeze way doors slam and can be heard loud and clear in your Apartment. The only "luxury" thing is the garnet counter tops. The appliances are bottom shelf GE, the Fixtures are of an unknown cheap brand. The cabinetry is IKEA like quality, with basically wood-like wall paper on them. For almost $1400 a month they do not include a washer and dryer, they have connections though. Its also not very pet friendly, few places for your pet to play and relieve them selves. For the rent, and all the nickle and dimming they practice and conveniently avoid telling you upfront, I would keep looking for a more established complex with some of the utilities included in your rent, like water, trash, and one that doesn't charge for "common area" usage.. Other than the location, its just a basic run of the mill, over priced complex. On the plus side my interactions with the staff have been great and have always been friendly.

Viridian Apartments at Havana Gardens.

The Viridian at the Gardens on Havana are Brand New apartments-All New exteriors,The office staff is losing a few people and gaining a few.They have always been nice enough to my wife and I. We have a year round pool in the middle of the complex-with parties going on until 10:00PM at which time the pool closes.The office staff is still figuring it all out, but seems to be getting better. Great place to live.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Awful management, repairs have not been made after months notice, vomit in the staircases has not been cleaned and is dried up on the stairs. Unsanitary. Dirty. And the covenant of quiet enjoyment has been broken numerous times. Don't let the pretty look fool you.
