You do not have to be a student to live here.

The lease is transferred from my name to yours through the Auraria Student Loft website so we are both protected. Rent is $1,099. Rent is FREE until DEC 1st. The leasing office said there could be flexibility in which room type and if a male or female takes over the room. I am a private party and not employed by Auraria Student Lofts. $500 fee.

The transfer process: Begin an application on the Auraria Student Lofts website, with no obligation to pay any fees, so that your name is in their system. We both call Auraria Student Lofts and tell them that you are interested in taking over the lease. When you are approved & ready to complete the process, select "take over lease" and put my name down. Please email. This building has credit help.
