About the house & room: The house is an updated 3b/2.5b house with an unfinished basement which we use as a home gym. There is also a nice, fenced-in backyard with a patio. The house has central air and heating and a full-sized washer and dryer.... The available bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet. The available bathroom is not en suite but will not have to be shared. Kitchen, living room, backyard, etc. are fully furnished, shared spaces. Rent includes utilities.
About the neighborhood: We are located in Green Valley Ranch with easy access to Pena Blvd, and about 15 minutes away from the CU Anschutz campus. The neighborhood is next to a school, so big family area and relatively quiet. Starbucks, convenience stores, fast food restaurants, and a King Soopers are located within walking distance.
About us & our dogs: My boyfriend and I both live in the house and are professionals in our 30s. I'm a recent graduate from the Colorado School of Public Health currently working in an administrative position for a private medical practice. My boyfriend works in education. We both have second jobs as well. We're both pretty laid back and quiet. When we're not working, we enjoy working out, hanging out in the living room, or going to the nearby beer garden and breweries. We have two senior dogs who take a while to warm up to new people, but will become your best friends once they get to know you. They're getting a little slower these days and spend most of the day napping. You will not be asked to care for the dogs unless you want to earn some extra money pet-sitting. Because we already have two dogs, we cannot accept additional pets.
