Looking for sublettor/lease takeover for 1 bedroom apartment

Hi all, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease which goes until the end of August 2025 with an option to renew for the following year. The apartment is a quiet and spacious 1 bedroom on the fifth floor of the complex. Rent is $1765 plus... utilities. Features include in-unit laundry, large kitchen for a 1-bedroom with a movable island, walk-in closet, elevators, pool, a coworking space, gym, secure garage parking, EV charging, community rooms, and it's located in north Aurora right across the street from CU Anschutz, about a 5 minute walk or 3 minute bike. They are pet friendly and have a pet washing station and pet relief area on the premises. The management is awesome and I've had a great experience living there, I'm only relocating due to changing jobs. You can move in as soon as you'd like--I'm trying to move out as soon as possible, so as long as I have about a week to two weeks' notice to move all my stuff out you're good.
