Morris Heights Housing - Just North of Anschutz Medical Campus - Walk to Campus!

We are looking for a roommate to fill a vacancy for the coming 25-26 school year!

This listing is for 1 bedroom, with a private 1/2 bath in a 4 bed, 2.5 bath house just north of campus in Morris Heights. Very reasonable rent ($700/month) plus split... utilities (~ $100/month). Super convenient location - can walk to campus in about 20 min, near bus stop to Peoria Station and near Fitzsimmons Lightrail stop. Right across the street from a park and community pool.

You would be moving in with 3 medical students (2 women, 1 man - open to all genders for our new roommate); Other health professions students and young professionals would be very welcome.

Property is well-maintained. Partially furnished (common living areas are furnished, you would need to furnish your bedroom). In unit washer/dryer, fairly new kitchen appliances (the kitchen is huge!). Central heating and AC. Two covered parking spots and ample street parking. Fenced backyard. Pets may be possible (pending approval of landlord and current cat in the house).
