This is a very unique opportunity for a mature individual, preferably
an individual graduate student, female preferred who wants a very quiet safe space in a house this winter and possibly much longer, depending on both parties, others have rented... for as much as 3 yrs and as little as 3 months .

The house has no pets in it and the mature woman owner occupies but travels a great deal, especially in the winter.

The Wash Park neighborhood is full of great places to walk to including grocery stores and public transportation.

This is an offer for the fully furnished entire upstairs of the house. Kitchen and bath are shared with owner. Because this is a home from the turn of the last century there are a lot of stairs so the person should be healthy and able to manage that.

Less rent for a housesitter only will be considered although there would be numerous additional duties involved, this part is very flexible and negotiable with references vetted.
