About the room mates:

Currently Anschutz medical students! We all work a lot and have a very clean, peaceful home, but also enjoy being social. This is not a party house. Everyone get's along great - there's a good balance of giving each-other space, while also being friendly and social. In our free time we enjoy traveling and being active - hiking, camping, snowboarding, etc. Good hang spot in the back yard as well, we recently redid the back yard landscaping and put in a firepit as well. We also have a FREE garage gym so you don't need to get a gym membership! Included is also a FREE monthly cleaning service to clean the common areas and bathroom.

Close to Everything:
o 1 mile to Anschutz
o 10 minutes to Stanley Marketplace
o 3 minutes to King Soopers
o 5-10 minute walk to Del Mar Park
o 5-10 minute walk to nice Bike Path that takes you to beautiful parks
o 10 minute walk to public transportation
o 20 minute drive to Downtown Denver
o 18 minute drive to the airport! (super convenient)
