1 private bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house in the quiet, safe Montclair neighborhood. Huge yard with gorgeous landscaping & garden boxes, great for outdoor entertaining. Shared kitchen, bathroom, and utilities. Air conditioned, in-unit... laundry, and ample street parking! Close to Lowry Town Center and easy commute to Anschutz Medical Campus and downtown Denver. Bedroom (last 2 photos) is unfurnished, has a large bay window and a large closet. Utilities & WiFi are usually around $100/month. The common spaces are fully furnished! There is also a third room that currently serves as my office and occasional guest room — but I’m open to sharing it as a flexible space if that’s something you’d be interested in (additional cost can be discussed). No smoking of any kind on the property.

About Me:
Hi! I’m Anna — a 27-year-old Denver native and young professional — and I’m looking for one roommate to share the house I’ve called home for the past four years! I work in-office four days a week (on the CU Anschutz Campus) and work from home on Fridays. I’m very tidy and clean, and value a peaceful, low-key home environment. I love to cook, garden, host the occasional casual hangout, and stay active in my free time (skiing, hiking, rock climbing, volleyball). I also share the space with my very friendly cat, Luna. I'm looking for a considerate roommate — someone who is clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. This is definitely not a party house, and I really appreciate a calm, tidy atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and relaxed at the end of the day.
