Location: Our house is off of 13th and Quentin, within walking distance from CU Anschutz Medical Campus. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet.

Room Details: The first bedroom is large, spacious, and well-lit. The tenant of this room will share a large bathroom with one other person. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, but has a small private bathroom attatched. Both spaces are quiet, comfortable, and perfect for studying!

House Amenities: The shared common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a laundry room, and a backyard with a covered patio.

Location Highlights: Apart from the close proximity to campus, you’ll also find various restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Additionally, nearby public transportation options provide easy access to downtown Denver and other parts of the city.

About the Housemates: You’ll be sharing the house with a current CU student who is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. There is one cat and one medium-sized dog who are both quiet and friendly.

Rent and Utilities: Monthly rent is $800, not including utilities. Utilities include Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and heat and are split equally between roommates.

Availability: Preferred move-in is early to mid-July, but move-in late June can be negotiated.
