This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, all-brick ranch is a great home. It has been freshly painted throughout and has new flooring. The kitchen features a Bosch dishwasher, gas range, and refrigerator/freezer. The main bath vanity is granite and the second bath... has been remodeled. There are washer/dryer hook-ups, a utility sink in the laundry/mudroom and the single car garage has an automatic opener. The new air conditioner keeps the home very cool and comfortable during warm months. There is sprinkler system for the front and back yards. The landscaping is attractive and there is room to grow vegetables, if desired. Responsive, respectful landlords. You will not find a cleaner or better cared for home.

In order to lease this home you will need to:

1) Complete an application ($50 fee per adult over 18) which covers the background check;
2) Have verifiable income of 2 times the monthly rental amount and a credit score of at least 640;
3) Show a good rental history.

A guarantor would be considered if the above criteria is not met.

Xcel (gas/electric), trash service/recycling, and water are paid by the tenant. No smoking/tobacco/vaping in or around the home and property. One dog possible with additional pet deposit. One year lease $2675/month. Longer lease term possible and would decrease the monthly rental amount. Security deposit ($3000) is refundable (minus carpet cleaning) if the home is left in the same condition as move-in.
