3br 2ba house with fenced backyard and open front yard in the Hoffman Heights neighborhood. A 1mile walk or 5 minute drive to the CU Anschutz campus. Has lots of storage space including a garage and outdoor shed. Has a full laundry unit with washer... and dryer. Kitchen includes full range, double door fridge, dishwasher and lots of storage space! Parking is street parking in front of the house, but there is a lot of space.
The neighborhood is very residential with most neighbors being families or retired couples. Its a 2-3 min drive to the grocery store and close to the public library, multiple bus stops, and shopping centers.
All bedrooms have fans and central heat. Bedrooms are currently unfurnished.
Pets welcome, pet rent is around $35 a month. I have a human and animal friendly dog.
The property is managed through a property management company so there would be some paperwork involved, but the company handles maintenance etc.
Looking for roommates to fill 2 bedrooms, rent is $1250 if you want your own bedroom+bathroom, or $750 to share a bathroom.
