I currently live here. It is such a great place and centrally located in Cap Hill. Walking distance to a ton of places, including the museums, and Stoney's (most importantly, lol). The apartments are all studios (with a loft type bed). The kitchens and bathrooms are brand new and gorgeous. There is a dog run, a dog cleaning station (a room actually), a giant bike storage area (another big room), a 'makers' room where you can print junk, get on the internet on the giant desktop mac, take pics... with some fancy lighting, and there is even a 3d modeling thingy and a sewing machine. There is a great gym with a bunch of fancy equipment, including a peloton. There is also a very extensive sitting area in lobby with a ton of comfy places to just hang and/or remote work on your laptop. There is parking garage legit right next door and behind the building (additional cost - the garage is like $125'ish). There is a beautiful terrace on top (10th) floor with 2 separate outside sitting areas (that have 2 BBQ's and a firepit) as well as an inside terrace area with a pool table, free coffee, large screen tv, seating areas and THE most spectacular views!!!! Also, this place is a secured building so a fob is required to get into any doors, including the front/back entrances. And, I cannot say enough good things about Michelle (front office) and Tony (maintenance guy extraordinaire)...they legit will respond and fix any issue you have like immediately. They are totally wonderful.
