With its thoughtful and energy-efficient design, it's no surprise the building won The University of Denver's Project of the Year award. The 73-unit building contains a mix of studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments, each with its own balcony,... in-unit washer and dryer, barn door closets, granite countertops, and 9-foot ceilings. The design carries a contemporary yet timeless feel while also honing in on the features Denver residents value: rustic, wilderness vibes blended with urban, city living. Beetle kill wood, sound blocking steel frame, neutral finishes, and of course, rooftop views of both the city and the mountains accentuate the design. The building welcomes and encourages dogs and cats in this pet-friendly community. Residents at B Street LoHi can enjoy on-site parking, a fitness room, a rooftop patio with a fire pit, a club room featuring a pool table and a kegerator, a bike repair station, and a business center. The LEED Silver certified five-story building was designed with the environment in mind, including features to reduce electricity costs and water consumption, as well as becoming the first building in the nation to be framed with 95% recycled steel.B Street LoHi is an Urban Infill Development in the heart of the popular LoHi neighborhood with easy access to downtown via the pedestrian bridge over I-25 and the South Platte River. The culturally vibrant locale is nestled in the northwest corner of Denver and features trendy boutiques, art galleries, diverse cuisines, and nightlife galore. Imagine yourself living here just a short walk to Confluence Park, Avanti Food & Beverage Hall, Little Man Ice Cream, and much more!

Homeless people live immediately to the right of the main garage door entrance behind the building's utility box. Building ignores complaints and refuses to address. Very unsafe.

Location is nice but I have lost hundreds of dollars of mail due to it being stolen from the mail room. Management says that nothing can be done. There is no leasing office or staff on site so this does not help. Walls and floors in this building are also very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Little storage and bad use of space in the single room apartments, not worth the money in my opinion.

Over the year that we lived here, we experienced constant fire alarms, broken garage door equipment (making it not a secure building and allowing cars to get broken into and constant bike theft), and rude/disrespectful neighbors. Let’s start with the neighbors- people are constantly partying to the point where you can’t share the space with them. One tenant was so angry that we were grilling while she was throwing one of her parties in the shared commons that she genuinely tried to bully us off... the roof by making incredibly rude/antagonizing comments to us as her friends were drunkenly sitting on the side of the building and throwing trash and spilling beer around the entire commons. Another episode ended with us calling the cops after finding a pool of blood in the stairwell along with splattered blood all over our hallway and door- thank God this person was okay- just very drunk and in need of stitches. This was the major reason we broke our lease but the constant fire alarms waking us up, the petty theft, and overall poor construction of the building motivated us to get out of this place by whatever means necessary.

User,
We're so sorry to hear you've had a negative experience at one of the buildings we manage. Unfortunately, package theft is an ongoing problem residents all over Denver experience. We do everything we can to prevent this from happening, like... giving easy-to-follow instructions to package delivery companies and providing package locker systems where we can. We recommend monitoring tracking updates for your package so you can secure it as soon as it's delivered. We are truly sorry your package was stolen, and if there is anything we can do to turn your experience around, we would be grateful for the opportunity.
Thank you,
