Beautiful and Spacious Townhouse

I'm currently looking for one or two roommates to share a spacious, well-maintained 2,400-square-foot townhouse in Aurora. The home is conveniently located just 6 miles from the Anschutz Medical Campus and 1 mile from Costco. It features a bright... living and dining area with a charming moss rock wood-burning fireplace, which flows into an open kitchen with easy access to laundry. A remodeled bathroom completes the main floor.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom, while the third has access to another bathroom on the same floor.

Rent is $800/month for a bedroom with a shared bathroom — all utilities included.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone interested in renting two rooms , one as a bedroom and the other as an office or workspace. The rent for this setup is $1,600/month, including utilities. However, if you commit to a two-year lease, the rent is reduced to $1,500/month.

The house is quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near Cherry Creek and other local amenities.
