Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my off-campus house. You'll get your own private bathroom, large closet, and a spacious personal living area in the basement—perfect for extra privacy and comfort. Rent is $900/month + utilities.

Existing tenants are 2 men who are fellow CU Anschutz/Denver students who are respectful, quiet, and cleanly.

The house is a 10 min drive/15 min bike to Anschutz campus and it’s a 25 min drive to downtown Denver and the CU Denver campus. It’s a 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop and a 7 min drive to Central Park Station. A grocery store, restaurants, and shops (including Stanley Marketplace) are all reachable within 10 minutes of walking.
