We have 2 rooms for rent in a beautiful townhome that’s in a convenient location.

Existing tenants are 2 men who are fellow CU Anschutz/Denver students who are respectful, quiet, and clean.

The house is a 10-minute drive/15-minute bike to Anschutz... campus and it’s a 20-minute drive to downtown Denver and the CU Denver campus. It's within walking distance of the nearest bus stop and a short drive from the Central Park RTD Station. A grocery store, restaurants, and shops (including Stanley Marketplace) are all reachable within 10 minutes of walking.

It has a shared kitchen, living room, patio, and laundry machines.
The kitchen has shared cookware, cooking utensils, and dishes; as well as a dishwasher and a refrigerator.

Parking in the garage is available and there is ample street parking.

The first available room is the basement suite which features a private bathroom and private lounge, a bedroom, and a walk-in closet. It's 380 square feet plus bathroom. Rent is $900 plus utilities.

Room 2 room is upstairs with a shared bathroom and a closet. Comes with a desk if desired. 135 square feet. Rent is $710 plus utilities

Very close to lots of nature, including Bluff Lake and the Sand Creek Trail.
Beautiful and safe neighborhood, with great parks nearby, and a community pool.
