We have 1 room for rent in a beautiful townhome that’s in a convenient location.


Existing tenants are 2 men who are fellow CU Anschutz/Denver students who are respectful, quiet, and cleanly.


The house is a 10 min drive/15 min bike to Anschutz... campus and it’s a 25 min drive to downtown Denver and the CU Denver campus. It’s a 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop and a 7 min drive to Central Park Station. A grocery store, restaurants, and shops (including Stanley Marketplace) are all reachable within 10 minutes of walking.


It has a shared kitchen, living room, and patio.
Parking in the garage is available and there is ample street parking.
Kitchen has shared cookware, cooking utensils, and dishes; as well as a dishwasher.

Available room is the basement which features a private bathroom and private lounge, a bedroom, and a walk-in closet.


Very close to lots of nature, including Bluff Lake and the Sand Creek Trail.
Beautiful and safe neighborhood, with great parks nearby, and a community pool.
