Our current renters bought a house and are moving out early April. For our next renters, here are the general are the terms of the lease.
Lease start date: We estimate this will be available the 2nd week of April but it is subject to change as our current renters finalize their plans to move.
Lease Length: We offer a 12 month standard lease but would be flexible for multi-year leases to meet the unique schedules of students, medical, or other professionals whose length of leasing anticipates being stable. For multi-year leases, we offer $100 off per month.
Damage Deposit: $4,000 due at time of signing the lease.
Utilities: Tenant pays utilities. This includes electricity, gas, water, trash, recycles, compost, and any phone/internet/television service.
Security: We have a camera (similar to ring) at no cost to renters. Full alarm system available for activation at tenants cost.
Lawn care: Keep landscaping in good and presentable condition, ensuring that sufficient watering is done and routine maintenance such as lawn mowing, brush/hedge/plant trimming, and weed pulling is completed. If this is not maintained, the lessor will obtain at least two quotes and bill the lessee's for the lawn maintenance. Equipment provided by landlord.
Landlords live within 10-15 minutes and are very responsive to needs. We loved living here and want to continue to have people have a great experience in the centrally located neighborhood that allowed us to commute to work via bike or car very readily. .
