Free rent in exchange for Home health care
Requires 9 hours a week doing my home health care. Would prefer 2 or 3 mornings a week for a total of 9 hours, but I’m flexible. I have another aid as well, so you can switch days or hours as things come up... .
Your share of the utilities are approximately $150 a month. This includes gas, electricity, water, trash and internet.
What you get:

Plenty of storage area
You will also have a nice brick patio surrounded by raised planter boxes if you wish to grow vegetables or flowers. There is also a greenhouse you can use.
You can also have a small pet if you wish.
All of this is completely remodeled.
I am a c-6 quadriplegic male that requires personal care. I live in the home next door to this home, so it is very convenient to put in the required hours.
My health care needs are the kinds of things that a nurse's aid would do in a hospital or nursing home. You don’t have to be a CNA (Certified Nurses Aid), you just need to be willing to learn what is required to do the job. Experience in the medical field is preferred though.
Location: A 15 minute drive from Auraria Campus. A 10 minute drive from DU
Close to the RTD rail station at Santa Fe and Evans. Also, close to Ruby Hill Park. Ruby Hill Park now has 50 free concerts a year (8 block walk to the park/amphitheater.
Available by: June 29 , but if I think it is a good fit we can arrange for a later start date.
