A single-family house with a quiet and comfortable environment
I live with my 4-year-old son – we are both quiet and easygoing
I'm a research associate at CU Anschutz, working 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Friday, so the home is peaceful during the day
Two friendly but dominant cats live here—no additional pets, please
In my free time, I enjoy movies and reading, and on weekends, we’re often outdoors hiking, snowboarding, or climbing

Ideal Roommate:
Non-smoker (strictly no smoking)
Professional, responsible, and respectful
No couples – single occupant only
Occasional guests are fine, but I appreciate a heads-up in advance
Comfortable with a background check for safety
Okay with cats and a child-friendly environment
