About the Home:
A single-family house with a quiet and comfortable environment
I live with my 5-year-old son – we are both quiet and easygoing
I work 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Friday, the kid is going to school at the same time, so the home is peaceful during the day
Two friendly but dominant cats live here—no additional pets, please
In my free time, I enjoy movies and reading, and on weekends, we’re often outdoors hiking, snowboarding, or climbing

Ideal Roommate:
Non-smoker (strictly no smoking)
Professional, responsible, and respectful
No couples – single occupant only
Occasional guests are fine, but I appreciate a heads-up in advance
Comfortable with a background check for safety
Okay with cats and a child-friendly environment
I prefer a long-term tenant. Short-term stays are only considered if I feel it’s an excellent fit.
