Hi everyone! I'm a current dental student looking for a female roommate to join our shared house starting August 1st. We currently have one private room available on the basement level. Our house is shared with other graduate/professional students in... their 20s and is located just 7 minutes from campus, making it a convenient and comfortable place to live during school.

The Room that is Available • Basement-level room: Approximately 9' × 12' with a closet and window.
Location The house is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short walk from the neighborhood recreation center, which offers a gym, pool, sports courts, and outdoor activities. We're also close to several parks, making it a great area for walking, running, or simply enjoying the neighborhood. We're only a few minutes from King Soopers and have easy access to Central Park, Stanley Marketplace, and Town Center at Aurora for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Boulder and downtown Denver are both about 30–40 minutes away.
House Environment We're looking for someone who enjoys a respectful, clean, and friendly living environment. Everyone is busy with graduate school, so we try to keep shared spaces tidy and are considerate of each other's schedules while still enjoying spending time together.
