NOVEL Uptown offers a great balance of modern design, convenience, and neighborhood energy. The apartments are well-designed with clean finishes, thoughtful layouts, and quality appliances that make the space feel both comfortable and upscale. Natural light and smart use of space really stand out.
One of the biggest highlights is the location. Being in Uptown means easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and downtown amenities, all within walking distance. It’s ideal for anyone who... wants an urban lifestyle without feeling overwhelmed by noise or congestion.
The amenities are well maintained and feel intentional rather than just “check-the-box.” Common areas are welcoming, and the overall community has a good vibe—active but not chaotic. The building feels like an art gallery, and the grounds are consistently kept up.
The onsite team is professional and responsive, and it’s clear they take pride in the community. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication has been solid.
Overall, NOVEL Uptown is a strong option for anyone looking for a modern apartment in a walkable neighborhood with a good sense of community and attentive management.

Stunning amenities and great staff! Cami was so informative and fun while touring here! She took the time to show me and my friend multiple options and had a genuine excitement about the property! The vibes here seem very cool and fresh. I look forward to moving here!

Novel Uptown is one of my favorite buildings in Denver in the decade I’ve been here. Finishes are sleek but not overdone, and gas ranges here still!!! Events are fun on level 10. Working nights mostly its hard to get excited about making plans when you have a night off, here there is always opportunity to be social with little effort from me lol. Bailey & Maddie are great to work with there by the way!

This property is tucked away in its own charming building equipped with one of, if not the best, coffee shops in Denver, which is open to the public so it feels like you're a part of the community, in the comfort of your own home! The views out of the building are gorgeous, with the capital on one side and the city skyline with the mountain range on the other. The interior is to die for. Everything is so perfectly modern while still feeling comforting and accessible to the every-day person. No... to mention, the property managers are beautiful inside AND out! If you're looking for your perfect space to be engulfed in what Denver has to offer, look no further!
