Don’t bother with this place. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
Other tenants are disruptive. The owner will not give you your whole deposit back even if you left the apartment cleaner than you received it.
For the price you pay you get to park on the street if you’re lucky. The property manager is worthless. The washer and dryer doesn’t work half the time and will raise the price with out telling you.
Believe me you can do better than this place.

Parking is shabby, very high traffic area, but even worse than that the owner is a cheapskate and will bring you on every little thing they can even though it is untrue. Left the apartment in better condition than it was when I moved in and still got charged to clean the carpets and for smoke detector batteries? Are you for real dude. The laundry mat downstairs is a complete dump and nothing works, and don’t bother reporting anything to the property manager. She’s completely useless. And for... this much money I get window unit air conditioning? I’ve lived in basements with a hot plate with better amenities.

You are lucky if you read this before having a contract with the apartment.
This apartment building is old, so living on the 1st floor is, to be honest, horrible. I can hear where the upstair resident is walking around from the noise I hear downstairs. At night and early morning, I wake up every time the resident upstairs wakes up and moves around the apartment, so I have to use earplugs, radios, or 2 fans-on to help me keep sleeping at night and early morning. I even had to move my bed from... the bedroom to the living room to avoid the horrible WOOD CREAKING SOUND of the bedroom (& living room). I regret that I moved into this apartment, because I cannot have a good night sleep and cannot concentrate on my work during evening time. Maybe it could have been much better if I could have moved into the 2nd floor. People who want to have a good night sleep (as well as who want to do their work in a quiet place during evening) may want to consider this.
UPDATE: The wood-creaking sound has been horrible, and I have sent written notice to the management a few times. They said, it is not possible to be fixt at the moment as the upstair apartment is occupied. I notified them that I will move out as they could not fulfill the obligation (to fix things and managing property as a livable place), and they said yes. They noticed me that they WILL NOT RETURN the $700 deposit, and now I am ready to file a lawsuit.
IF YOU WANT TO MOVE INTO THE APT, PLEASE HAVE A CHANCE A PERSON WALK AROUND THE APARTMENT THAT IS RIGHT ABOVE. YOU WILL HEAR HORRIBLE WOOD-CREAKING NOISES THAT WILL WAKE YOU UP DURING NIGHTS, AND YOU WILL DECIDE NOT TO MOVE IN.
