Private Room in Lakewood Townhome!

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to share my 3 bedroom townhome in Lakewood. It is currently just me living there, so no third roommate.

Private bed, private bath, office/creative space, garage - $1550/mo + utilities

The townhome is in a great... location, especially if you like to hike, bike or get out to the mountains for other activities. Less than 10 min to Green Mountain trails, Morrison, Red rocks. And only a five min walk to Bear Creek Lake Trail. The community has a fitness center and two pools.

I’m a professional working in government administration and work from home 4 days/week. I have a very sweet and playful goldendoodle, Juniper, and a very cuddly cat, Jax. I’m quiet, clean and appreciate good communication. I’d consider myself an extroverted introvert, so I like to be friendly and chat with my roommates but also keep to myself. In my free time I climb, hike, backpack, and love to try new restaurants
