Nice place to live in the heart of the city.

Moving here from another state, we were not sure what we were going to experience. To us it was important to find a place with good location. This building is in the heart of the city. With proof of our lease we were able to find affordable monthly parking right across the street. Walking distance to many different restaurants, bars, Target a block away, look out the window and see Mall Street, and the list goes on. The new management is great. Office hours are longer than the ones before(old management) The staff is very helpful and the maintenance team is dedicated to get things done asap. They get the work done fast. Even if it is after hours. Our toilet was clogged and was not flushing at all. They came to exchange our whole toilet and tank at close to midnight and did not leave until the work was done. ...And left the bathroom clean (as they found it). I call that dedicated workers. I highly appreciate their effort. The new management arranged trash pick up at your door. Coming home from a log day at work or leaving in a hurry in the morning, sometimes you can forget to take the trash out. This service is more than helpful.

Wonderful lofts in the heart of downtown

As long as you don’t mind the hassle of living downtown this is an amazing building with wonderful management and reasonable prices.

Unhappy with this company

since renew on stout Bought this building it has gone down Hill. They do not fix the elevators they have been broken for about 3 months, They rarely mopThe floors it's Really gross if you don't believe me come in and check it out yourself. It says that they pay for the garbage but I just got a letter in the mail today saying that I owe them $60 for garbage and water, I really don't like this company.

terrible

Avoid this place if you care about your health or safety. We’re on day 3 of management not responding to our concerns about the following issues: 1. cigarette smoke indoors 2. Airbnb guests This apartment complex does not care about your health or safety. The entire 4th floor reeks of cigarette smoke which is: a. A complete disregard for our health, including long term and short term effects of breathing in toxicity b. Just disgusting to smell. Everytime we get off the elevator on our floor, we are greeted by a gas chamber c. Against the apartment policy. When we asked management to do something about it, they just sent “warnings.” Warnings and warnings but no actionable change. It’s been months since we initially complained and the problem has not been fixed. We even offered to move floors. We also asked to be released from the lease if they were unable to meet THEIR OWN policy requirements. There are a few folks here that Airbnb their place out which is a. Against apartment policy b. Extremely dangerous to our safety to have unidentified people wandering around without a mask, throwing parties and yelling in the hallways drunk. These ‘guests’ have no regard for community wellbeing. I even found the Airbnb listing myself. Ironically, the listing has complaints that the complex smells weird. c. Some of these guests even bring dogs, free of charge. This is extremely unfair to the renters such as myself who paid a $400 deposit for our pet as well as $40/month in pet rent. We told management if they are to continue allowing this, we want our deposit and pet rent back as it is not equal treatment. We did not sign up to live under these conditions. Management does not have any regard for our concerns about our health or safety. A couple of other things: 1. Since we share an entrance with the Denver Selfie Musuem, there are always people hanging out right in front of the apartment lobby. There are two “protected” entrances but the first one is almost always unlocked during the day so musuem guests can come in. However, there are always random people standing inside that clearly do not belong to either establishment 2. The lobby smells terrible. I’m not sure what they are using to clean it but it smells like the dumpster room. 3. There was a point where only one elevator was working 4. We’ve been woken up by a false fire alarm multiple times.
