So far so good, everyone here the leaseing agents, security and resjdents have been so very kind and helpful. I love the apartment amd the amenidies are pretty great also

Still have maintenance item from when I moved in that hasnt been repaired (long crack in window pane) which makes it extremely cold with subpar temps. Also with no security monitoring the door always seems to be someone off the streets gaining access.

Nice place in the heart of downtown. Public transportation soon as you leave the building. Parking garage nextdoor also connected to restaurants.

i just moved in and i have already fallen in love with this place it's amazing. i wouldn't change a single thing about my apartment or the building, its def gonna be a 10/10 from me

Beautiful place, super nice staff. Only issue is that we have 3 elevators only one is ever running and that one goes down frequently. The raised ceilings make the place seem sooo spacious and the exposed brick has a beautiful aesthetic.
