If you work from home and need to know when people are coming into your house because of calls with vendors and/or employees, do NOT move here! They do not care at all about their tenants and are only willing to do what they want on their time. The old manager, Erika, was at least willing to listen, but the new manager is rude and won't listen to you at all.
There is always some form of trash in the breezeways and no one cleans up anything.
There is ALWAYS screaming at all hours of the day. I... understand that kids are loud, but when it's almost midnight during the week, it's too much.

We moved out in less than one year out a 2-bed with a mezzanine floor/loft. The 2nd bedroom and mez. floor where just used only for storing bags and some boxes as we are moving internationally - hence NEVER used. We had 1 (one) pet stain in the living room, which we had professionally cleaned as as well as the master bedroom and passage way.

The carpets were inspected and approved by maintenance. Now we received a bill for $1,900 to replace all carpets. Please note the carpet quality was of... the very cheapest quality imaginable. The unit overall needed a total renovation, cub boards where old, baths had been re-painted very old./

The AC didn't work properly all summer, and despite complaining about it NOTHING WAS DONE, beside we could use one of their mobile ones for a while. Overall condition of the unit was very substandard, old, run-down, and in desperate need for renovation. The grounds are generally dirty and full of litter, dog poop everywhere, garages - some where broken into, and in a bad state. the entire complex is substandard, especially for what they charge you.

It is also incredibly noisy (traffic) and walls are paper thin, you can hear every domestic activity of your neighbors.

This is probably one of the worst Grey Star properties.

We love the space of this apartment but good luck if you need any maintenance help. We moved in and day one our AC didn't work in June. We told them before we officially took ownership they promised to fix it- it took 2 months and our power bill was triple what we had been paying because we literally couldn't turn our ac/heat off. Then our dryer took 4 months to fix because they won't run the vent and there was a block, but we were told it was user error. We've had consistent plumbing issues and... issues with the front office just not caring. The office is never open and changes hours constantly. They blame paperwork issues on staff that "just got fired" but I've only seen temp workers since moving in. All in all I would not recommend living here and suggest looking anywhere else unless you want to question why you pay top dollar for a dump. Read More

The hidden fees are never consistent. I’ve paid an extra $200+ A month on top of base rent to heat a hot tub that doesn’t stay warm, have a valet trash service that is never consistent, maintenance unavailable to fix our heat for months going into winter. Would highly recommend staying away from any Greystar managed property.

This place is disgusting. Valet trash rules aren't followed or enforced so there is always trash in the breezeways. If you want to live in a dump, Dartmouth Woods is your place! Parking is challenging. Kids playing and screaming in the parking lot at night is a usual occurrence. Walls and ceilings are so thin, you can hear your neighbor sneeze!
