We have both 1st floor rooms, and basement rooms available in our bright beautiful home in Aurora, about a mile from Anschutz Medical Campus. This is a quiet, safe, peaceful neighborhood, just south of campus, and a nice clean house with all amenities!

We have a very clean, peaceful home, but also enjoy being social. This is not a party house. Everyone get's along great - there's a good balance of giving each-other space, while also being friendly and social. Room mates are currently at Anschutz!
