Room Details: A spacious and well-lit bedroom is available for rent, offering a comfortable space for studying and relaxing.

House Amenities: The shared common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a laundry room, and a backyard with a covered patio.

Location Highlights: Apart from the close proximity to campus, you’ll also find various restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Additionally, nearby public transportation options provide easy access to downtown Denver and other parts of the city.

About the Housemates: You’ll be sharing the house with two current students who are both friendly and respectful. We maintain a peaceful and cooperative living environment, ensuring everyone's privacy and comfort. There is also one cat and one medium-sized dog who are very quiet and friendly.

Rent and Utilities: Monthly rent is $800, not including utilities. Utilities include Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and heat and are split equally between roommates.
