Looking for an intentional, conscious living environment that truly feels like home? Whether it be to create a little family away from family or to have a grounded place to revitalize-- 2 Rooms for Rent in my gorgeous 2,371 Sq Ft brand new-build... house (quality) with a full loft & a den in addition to a large living/dining room! Plus a large covered front veranda (mountain views) & back patio. Move-in ready now. Only 3 of us living in the home in all (3 bed/ 3bath). I'm a 36 yr old professional--open to all others, preferential to graduate/faculty.

This home is a true sanctuary- a place to recharge or for nurturing your creative wilds & held in high vibration. A place to be completely yourself at all times.

My ideal roommate is someone well-developed; heart-centered; good listener; exceptional communicator (NVC); clean & genuinely good at being quiet while others are sleeping.
My background & vocation are rooted in contemplative psychologies & peace/ conflict studies & wilderness therapy. My interests are in nature-based societies, kundalini yoga, permaculture & ecstatic dance. I work outside of the house full-time.

Details: Tons of shared spaces for all of us to comfortably do anything we’d want at all times & thrive. A lot of windows/ natural light. All ages welcome. Pets-on a case by case basis. Rent—each room is $1,150. Utilities split 3 ways (very good at keeping bills low). Garage space for car. Lease 3-6 month minimum, desire long-term if a good fit. Surrounded by incredibly cool outdoor parks/ community spaces/ gardens & a short drive to all shops. Nobody will take better care of the house & your house-needs than an owner/housemate!
