Room with door for privacy and private full bathroom. However, laundry area is shared. Shared living room and kitchen. Up to 4-car tandem driveway, plus additional street parking. Covered front porch. Large backyard. Owner has small older dog. Rent... includes utilities, internet, and streaming (or cable) services. Please note: Owner is blind in one eye but still takes care of herself and her home without assistance.

Lease duration: 1 year
Smoking Policy: No smoking in the house. Smoking outside only. Cigarette/Vaping only.
Parking Policy: Up to 2 vehicles allowed on shared driveway (on-street parking also available)
Pet Policy: Small dogs only (owner has one small older dog)
Renter Maintenance Responsibilities: All rented spaces must be kept tidy. Cleaning up after oneself in shared spaces is also required.

Additional lease details: All rented spaces will be UNFURNISHED.

Please note: There is an additional 2nd bedroom also available for rent separately for $500/month or greately discounted if rented with Bedroom #1 for $1000 total.
