Town Center Collection sublet, <10 mins from campus!

I’m looking to sublet my master bedroom in a two bedroom/two bath apartment in Central Park.

Room is available now, move in date is flexible. Lease goes until August 6th with the opportunity to renew.
Rent is ~1140/month
Utilities (including...
internet) are less than 60/month

Your roommate would be a LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful roommate. He’s usually pretty busy with work and school but we love a good chatting catch up when we’re both around. He has 1 cat named Thrasher who is adorable and tends to keep to himself.

The building is lovely- has a gym, a pool, roof deck, community events. They have free bike storage, paid parking (free and plentiful street parking). Our unit is gorgeous, feels brand new with the view of the mountains through all of our windows.
