Great location -- 5-10 minute walk to CU Anschutz, the VA, and Children's Hospital. Buckley AFB and Denver International Airport (DEN) are also close by this 5 BR, 2 BA all-brick ranch with a full basement. There are three bedrooms upstairs plus two... additional downstairs bedrooms with very large closets. The open kitchen has an eat-in area and newer appliances. There is a large family room downstairs with a large storage/utility room, huge workbench and washer/dryer hook-ups. Outside, you'll find a large covered patio, great yard, raised garden bed, tool shed, enclosed by a new, 6 foot cedar fence. There is a sprinkler system in both the front and back yards. The walls and attic of the home have been insulated to keep the home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer and lower energy bills. There are also storm windows, security doors and plenty of parking in a safe neighborhood. You will not find a cleaner, more cared for home. Landlords are responsive and respectful.

The fine print: A $50 per adult (over 18) application fee is required to cover the cost of the background and credit check. No smoking/vaping/tobacco in or around the home/property. A small dog is negotiable with additional deposit and minimum 24-month lease term.

2 year lease -- $2965/month. Tenant pays utilities (gas/electric, trash service and water/sewer). Fully refundable (less carpet cleaning) $3500 security deposit.

In order to rent this home:

1. Your total family income must exceed 2 times the monthly rental amount (negotiable for CU Anschutz post-graduate students);
2. Proof of employment is required (negotiable for CU Anschutz post-graduate students);
3. Credit score must equal or exceed 640;
4. You must be able to show 12 months positive, verifiable rental or mortgage history;
5. No smoking/vaping/tobacco in or around the home/property;
