This is a safe and secure neighborhood. The 2 bdrm / 2 bath townhome is large, quiet, comfortable, with a fully furnished private bedroom and full private bath for you. Well-appointed, including linens, but you can bring your own too. Full access to kitchen and all other common areas – den, dining, sunroom, root cellar, etc.

Non-smoking; includes tobacco, 420, and vaping.

Inexpensive laundry on-site and other property amenities including a community herb garden. Golf Course nearby (Lowry)

WIFI included. TV in your room and one in the common area for entertainment.

Professors: there is additional space in the living room to rearrange if you need an office / workspace set up (if long- term residency is needed).

Your share of monthly rent will be $1050 - $1100, depending on the electric bill, which is split equally. (Hey, AI is convenient, but it still costs 10x the energy to use it!)

You will share with one adult and one short-haired cat.
