Looking for a responsible new housemate to join an amazing shared home close to Lowry.

Newly built townhouse, mountain views and... light-filled! The house is managed by me — a local owner who cares about community and quality of life. Current roommate is a young professional working in healthcare/education industry. This is a respectful, clean and chill house.

Mix of young professionals. Social but respectful. We hang out, but it's not a frat house. We spend about 15 minutes weekly sharing chores. People like things clean and lived-in, but not chaotic. No smoking and no pets for the household.

All rooms are unfurnished, but common area will be furnished with couch, TV, table, chairs and essential kitchenware.

Close to shopping and green spaces with the nearby trendy Lowry town center, sports complex park, and golf course. Easy access to restaurants and shopping from Havana Street. nearby 6th Ave, Alameda Ave, and I-225 provide easy access to the Denver metro. Children’s Hospital, UCHealth, VA hospital and the Fitzsimons and Anschutz medical campuses are only a short commute from this townhome!

This is a rent-by-the-room housing style where you have your own private bedroom while sharing common areas with other housemates. We also contribute 20–60 minutes weekly to shared chores and rotate cleaning responsibilities to keep the home well-maintained. No shoes in the house, only indoor slippers. No smoking in townhouse or on balcony. Sorry, no pets for the household.
