Very centrally located. $1250/mo first and security deposit. This price is the full price you pay each month. We have decided to start with a month to month lease. If everything works out with the tenant and the adjacent unit we are glad to then sign a longer lease. We are glad to guarantee the rent amount not changing for the first year.
