I am going on sabbatical beginning June 2025 though mid-August 2026 and I am looking for a renter for a minimum 12-month lease. Start and end dates flexible.
The house is 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, fully furnished and well equipped. The first floor... features a living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom (queen bed), 2nd bedroom (twin bed), and bathroom (tub). The lower level features a laundry area, a third bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower), an office area and TV room, and a powder room. Outside features a large, fenced backyard.
The garage is negotiable for an additional fee as I am hoping to keep my car there. Off street parking in front of house is always available.
Home is in the Hale/Mayfair neighborhood close to parks, neighborhood school, restaurants, and bus stops. Easy 10-min drive/bus ride to CU Denver, the Medical Campus- and close to hospitals- Rose, Children's, National Jewish, and St. Joe's.
Rent is $3000 a month and includes gas, water, and lawn service.
