1550 sf living space –fully furnished w/ private room and private bath. Full common area privileges, (kitchen, living room, den, dining), on or off-street parking in a secure and quiet community. Laundry rooms are on site. The community offers a full range of extra amenities, including indoor swim & fitness center.

There is room in the common living area - to rearrange - if you need an office / work space set up too.

Your share: $990 - $1,075 per month, includes rent, HOA fees, taxes, furnishings, linens, cleaning supplies, utilities, and some meals. (Cost is usually on the lower end, but the quoted range depends on your needs, wants, etc.) The security / cleaning / damage deposit is $1,000.
