Sunny Bedroom for Rent in South Montclair 4 BR House
Hello! My roommates and I are looking to fill this room in the basement of our lovely home. We are women in our mid-twenties who love to thrift, hike, and explore the city. We're a short drive to Anschutz Medical Center, City Park, CU Denver, and... downtown Denver.
The room for rent is a sunny lower-level bedroom in a charming four-bedroom brick house (comes unfurnished). The lower level bathroom is shared with one other tenant (female) and includes both a shower and a jacuzzi tub. Shared spaces include a living room and separate den, laundry, kitchen and large yard. Ample off-street parking is available, though we also have driveway access with the option to pay for garage parking. We live in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parks, stores, and restaurants nearby.
