Everyone on the team did a great job to make me feel as welcomed and comfortable from day 1 forward. Maintenance has been incredibly responsive/supportive, I have enjoyed every interaction with the front office team members as well—even had the privilege of meeting the RPM! I feel very confident the team in place will continue to build a strong community here! I am grateful to call Mercer ‘home’!

Mercer is a perfect hub to move to at Union Station. Residents still have easy access to all the public transportation while being out of the high-traffic areas at Union Station. Mercer is an upscale and quiet residence that is perfect for travel or if you are looking for an individual space in the heart of Denver! Excellent amenities and 270-degree skyline views! Nice amenities and property management, maintenance, and security. Mercer has worked perfect for me!
