Your room will come unfurnished (we do have a full-size futon or a full bed frame, if you want to use them), and you'll have an extra closet on the main floor for additional private storage. You can claim space in the shared multi-use sunroom for a desk, etc. if you want.

Housemates: 1 female 2nd-year dental student (roommate profile posted), 1 male professional working from home, keeps to his room during the work day. All genders welcome.

Super sweet 3-year-old black lab lives in the house. He's very dog-friendly, unfamiliar with cats.

Utilities not included in rent. Split evenly between housemates, typically come out to ~$70/month.
