Housemates: 1 female 2nd-year dental student (roommate profile posted), 1 male professional working from home, keeps to his room during the work day. All genders welcome.

Super sweet 3-year-old black lab lives in the house. He's very dog-friendly, unfamiliar with cats.

Utilities not included in rent. Split evenly between housemates, typically come out to ~$70/month.
